To develop and conduct operational / technical on the job training activities at Buhasa Plant (in line with the employees personal development plans) in order to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the Plants human resources and support the achievement of Emiratization target Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in concerned Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification in Training & Development - 8 years or more of relevant experience as Technical / Classroom Training / Coaching within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry - Proficiency in instructional techniques, assessments and training & presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Relevant functional and professional skills and interpersonal skills - Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and Co-coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording - Working with Tools and Technology - Workplace Computer Applications - Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, Problem solving skills, Concern for safety, quality and productivity, Flexibility, Customer Focus, willingness to learn on the job, Teamwork, Creative Thinking
