Duties & Responsibilities Inspect & check employees are wearing correct P.P.E (Personal Protection Equipment) while at work. Inspect the work site daily to report and correct unsafe methods and conditions. Attend various health and safety meetings. Monitor compliance to the draft waste and environmental management plan Assist in Tool Box Talks Monitor compliance of the permit to Work requirements Identify potential risk at work site and recommend corrective actions Assist Client representatives during audit and inspections Conduct HSE training and meeting with employees Conduct Emergency Drills to enhance employees awareness and responsiveness Implement Environment Safety Procedures Prepare weekly and monthly reports Implement company HSE polices and procedure Plan and Preparation of Company Safety reports. Advice Company management in overall Implementation of Safety and Statutory Requirements. Arranging to make safe place for compressed gas cylinders, cutters etc., Fire protection systems like, Extinguishers, detection system, and sprinkler system team monitoring. Check and inspect power, electrical, mechanical tools etc., used by the workers at the job site to secure good conditions and avoid any untoward accidents happening while performing or commencing their job. Organize and follow up statutory inspection of all Lifting Equipment and Lifting gears. Closely checking the activities of the confined space so that the work can be completed in a safe way. Safety Coordination of different sites. Fall protection, excavation safety protection like drums, shining stickers, tapes, re bars etc., Monitoring the workers at job site to ensure that they maintain their respective area tidy and clean (housekeeping) for at least 10 to 15 minutes before knock-off time in every working day Look out for unsafe actions on work site and educate to avoid them in the future. Organize and follow up inspection on Crane and Scaffoldings and ensure / maintain safety of Crane & heavy equipment operators and workers. Recommend disciplinary actions to safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves or other personnel to injury or property damage.
