Accountabilities:  Review P&ID/PFD’s/ other relevant project based on Operational and Maintenance aspects.  Liaise with various Project Commissioning Leads to understand the requirement of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the assigned project.  Develop Operation & Maintenance manuals for the assigned project to meet the delivery schedule.  Review, if required, the existing client Operation & Maintenance manual and modify the same to meet the project requirements.  To undertake discussions with client in course of development of O &M manuals.  To Liaise with the project engineering team/ Project Procurement Team to receive relevant Project data required to develop the O &M manual.  To raise necessary queries where there is lack of clarity between various parties.  To bring to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions  To update himself in the latest developments in the field of Operation and Maintenance. Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge Skills and Experience:  Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering  Good experience on Operation of Offshore Production/Process, Onshore oil and gas plants.  Previous experience in preparation of O & M manuals for offshore production/process/onshore oil and gas plant is a must.  Good communication skills to interface with client and vendor  Minimum 15 years of experience  Good understanding of various Engineering discipline  Ability to learn and understand latest developments in the industry  Supervisory potentials.
