Job Description • Bachelor’s degree in concerned Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification in Training & Development Experience. • 8 years or more of relevant experience as Technical / Classroom Training / Coaching within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry • Proficiency in instructional techniques, assessments and training & presentation skills. • Relevant functional and professional skills and interpersonal skills. • Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and Co-coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording. • Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, Problem solving skills, Concern for safety, quality and productivity, Flexibility, Customer Focus, willingness to learn on the job, Teamwork, Creative Thinking Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in concerned Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification in Training & Development Experience. • 8 years or more of relevant experience as Technical / Classroom Training / Coaching within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
