B.Sc. Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering with10 years experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries in the areas of measurement, allocation, operations, planning, scheduling, commercial, processing or engineering. Hands-on working knowledge in Hydrocarbon Accounting or Planning and Scheduling in the energy sector. Proficient in providing technical support in one Hydrocarbon metering systems for planning and scheduling tool for the oil and gas sector. Provide hydrocarbon accounting and product allocation services to preserve value of Qatar Petroleum shareholders in addition to the local system. Provide end-to-end hydrocarbon accounting service including metering reporting to third parties and statutory authorities. Monitoring the accuracy of the internal gas metering data. Formulate, amend, develop and maintain Hydrocarbon Accounting procedures.
