Responsible for routine, preventive, project management of planned overhauls and break down maintenance of assigned gas turbines in order to reduce meantime between failures. Trouble shooting and condition monitoring of equipment. Review daily/overhaul report prepared by engineers and prepare the reports for assigned areas. Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per DEWAs safety standards. Ensure compliance with DEWAs safety, quality & environment procedures. Carryout training of Foreman / Sr. Mechanic to ensure Tool box talks are carried out based on Risk Assessment. Prepare spares parts list for procurement, arrange for inspection of items ordered on receipt in stores. Ensure availability of spares parts & material for preventive & predictive maintenance and overhauls. Prepare tools and devices required for maintenance and arrange for proper upkeep and calibration of the same.
