You will lead, manage, motivate a team of technicians and mechanics and manage all repair, maintenance and overhaul projects across the field of rotating equipment for the region, specifically focusing on steam and gas turbines into the oil and gas sector. His responsibilities will also include:- Supervising and carrying out maintenance and servicing on rotating equipment especially steam turbines. Support commercial organization on technical issues Project Manage all major turnarounds Monitor, lead and implement HSE policy at all times and also ensure adherence to relevant quality standards Liaise and communicate effectively at all times and throughout projects with customers ensuring excellent customer service, satisfaction. You will resolve issues, advise on technical issues and at all times represent the company and its brand professionally Desired Candidate Profile The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:- Extensive knowledge and background in maintenance, repair, overhaul and project management of steam turbines, compressors pumps etc Mechanical engineer (or equivalent by experience) You will need 10 years experience of rotating equipment (steam turbine experience) Strong understanding of planning, execution of tasks, leadership of people, reporting and communication Should be customer facing and have meticulous attention to detail You will be required to live in Abu Dhabi Preferably having exposure to the oil and gas sector and clients
