Purpose of Job: Carries out Organization Transformation Initiatives related to Refining Process by reviewing assigned process for improvement opportunities in terms of technical, operational, maintenance and resource allocation. Organizes and supervises Process improvement initiatives at refineries with process consultants. Promotes continuous performance improvement of refinery processes. Performs benchmarking studies on refinery and associated utilities operations. Reviews performance reports and suggests pertinent KPIs and target setting. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering 9 years’ experience in Performance Improvement, Process Engineering, Project Management and Automation in a process industry environment. Good refinery process understanding and capability to suggest and implement improvements Fluency in English. Good knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
