Principal Accountabilities: Direct and follow-up the Gas Turbine repair and maintenance activities for all the different types and models of Gas Turbines and their accessories at the site, local workshops and vendors overhaul facilities abroad as applicable. Support the site gas turbine team to carryour various maintenance acitivities of gas turbines and its ancillaries as required. Participate actively in the maintenance optimization programs for 5 yr Business and operating plans. Liase with vedors/specialists/OEM as required Support offshore teams in trouble shooting /resolution/guide to resolve turbine related problems. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) taking OEM assistance as required and recommend solutions/mitigation measures. Perform health checks and audits to ascertain package efficiency and performance reliability Participate in HAZOP technical reviews ,risk assessment and safety audits as applicable. Preparation of turbine/package history as required Requirement: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering 15 yrs on job exp related to Gas Turbines maintenance and exposure to workshop / depot acitivites (repair /overhaul of gas turbines). Specific exp on Aero derivative gas turbine is a must. Proficient in English Language IT skill / computer knowledge
