Job Description - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering - 10 years’ experience in Building Management Systems design especially Fire & Gas Systems, Building Management Systems, Telecom, Data, HVAC Controls, Lighting Controls, Structured Cabling, Networking, Building Asset Management Systems, Public Addressing, Audio Visual Systems etc. and implementation in the Oil and Gas Industry. - Knowledge of project design in the Oil and Gas industry - An understanding of standard engineering practices, procurement cycles, tendering procedures and HSEF requirements Knowledge of the National/ Intentional standards and codes associated with all above systems mainly NFPA, IEC, UAE Civil Code etc. - Knowledge of industry recommended practice, design methods and QA/QC requirements with respect to development and checking of engineering procedures, incorporation of agreed changes and document control - Able to prepare method statements, project specifications, scopes of work and to check control drawings for discrepancies - Job Grade Level: 14
