Lead, manage, integrate, evaluate and control the execution works with adequate site support off all major Mechanical works at company in collaboration with senior management and company objectives. Ensure optimized resources and downtime for all mechanical systems major activities minimizing variations or impact on business continuity. Develop and implement systems and procedures for mechanical maintenance and continuous operational performance improvement across ZR site and extend continuous support post-handover of new facilities. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirement: Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. A minimum of 15 yrs of experience in senior position with maintenance in oil & gas industry. Good knowledge of advanced mechanical knowledge as applied to complex oil industry equipment including gas turbines, preferably in an offshore environment. Previous experience in EPC works through to commissioning and performance evaluation of major works of equipment and facilities upgrade. Should be well familiar with ERP programs such as MAXIMO, project management software & Microsoft office programs.
