Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Corrosion Control Engineering, Fire Safety) . • RCA Registered Lead Auditor course or equivalent Quality Management course and/or HSE Awareness Training. • 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE engineering activities in major civil projects, including at least 6 years in a senior supervisory position. • Good knowledge of English. Basic Function: • Plans and supervises the development and implementation of Quality and HSE Management requirements on all projects. • Ensures that the Project Quality and HSE Systems meet COMPANY policies by assuring technical integrity and fitness for purpose in overall project safety engineering, materials, equipment and construction.
