Review and discussion with client, on Prepared Business Analysis as Is process and To Be document for sign off Perform project management activities for successful implementation including functional consultancy. Project management of related to customizations if any. Manage ERP support team, ensure efficiency and productivity. Handling of end user training related to implementation including preparation of custom training material specific to each project. Handling of user support cases within the defined SLAs by self Industry Type : IT - Software Services Functional Area : IT Software Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Qualification:Degree in Computer Science with exposure to Accounting Experience; 5-10 yrs. Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations experience in mid tear ERP such as Microsoft AX, Epicor, Sage ERP X3 or similar products with relevant certifications (Finance, Trade & logistics, Admin). Candidate must also possess skills related to Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel and VBA. And SQL admin/management.
