Key Responsibilities Principal duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:  Continued development of the Quality Manual and Quality Procedures. Analyses of QC results and track KPIs for concrete and raw material.  Responsible for driving yearly Quality and Cost Savings Action Plan for the Business Unit.  Pro-actively drives the implementation of VAP’s and provides technical support to the sales team production and operations departments.  Responsible for mix designs, cost reduction and drive TOP 10 tracking. Also takes part in raw material selection and characterization.  Manage the activities of the central laboratory and manage the quality technicians’ team.  Develop technical skills for quality by training technicians.  Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the GM from time to time Financial and People Accountabilities  Meeting the Key Performance Indicators according to the control targets agreed with the General Manager.  Manage the technical team, ensuring the team is performing to a satisfactory standard and within the allocated budget.
