Reviews and analyses operations coordination procedures, control procedures, internal workflow control procedures, and business processes and recommends improvement proposals for simplification and effectiveness. Industry Type : Oil & Gas / Petroleum Functional Area : Engineering Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Job Requirements B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, with other related business studies. Nine years’ experience in the petroleum refining/hydrocarbon processing industry in diversified roles, with at least three years systems and procedures analysis experience. Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge of refinery systems, procedures and key performance indicators Progress measuring skills Analytical and decision making skills Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal Experience with large scale organisational change effort. Experience in using management systems such as MAXIMO and SAP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational, management and planning skills Proficient in verbal and written English
