EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS INDUSTRY IS A MUST 1.Follow up Job In Hand projects 2.Meeting the MEP contractor on site and office to keep track of the project status 3.Gathering market intelligence, competitor’s activities and prices (other gas contractors) 4.Internal coordination (Commercial-Engineering-Construction-Procurement) to increase chances of winning the project. 5.Build and Maintain good relationship with the MEP contractors to receive more future gas enquiries. 6.Visit site engineers, and get information on the status of the project and how many players are bidding for the same. 7.Meet and discuss client’s budget. 8.Negotiate and close deals with competing proposals. 9.Well presenting Company to clients as expertise in gas business, services and products. 10.Visit all malls, hotels and commercial areas to identify ‘opening soon’ for EPC proposals. 11.Submit competitive prices to the existing O&M contracts. 12.Identify restaurants with no O&M contracts for utility proposals.
