Job Description Our Engineering client is renowned for their expertise in global power plant construction, ranging from combined cycle, gas turbine, steam turbine, conventional boiler. We are hiring for a Fire Protection Engineer / Manager to be based on site 12 weeks on, 2 weeks off, in Saudi Arabia, to interface with the Client on the design, installation and maintenance of Fire Detection, Fire Safety, Smoke Detection, Alarms, Emergency Voice Communication Systems, Emergency Lighting and Extinguishants. The site is a Honeywell Notifier site, but experience of other Fire Detection systems will be just as relevant e.g. Advanced MxPro, ExGo, LifeLine, Ansul, Apollo, C-Tec, Eaton Cooper JSB, Edwards EST, EMS, Eusebio Impianti, Fike Rafiki, Gamewell-FCI, GE EST3, Hochiki, Honeywell Gent, FAAST, Kentec, Menvier, Minimax, Morley, Nittan, Pyro-Chem, Schrack, Siemens Cerberus, XLS, MXL, Sterling Hyfire, System Sensor, Tyco Minerva, SimplexGrinnell, Wormald, Xtralis Vesda. What is just as important is 10 years EPC experience on power-plants in the Middle East, degree qualified, for you to communicate effectively with the client, in this case on the Red Sea in Western Saudi Arabia, north of Jeddah, Power & Water, standard cycle, boiler, steam turbines. Rotations will be 12 weeks on, 2 weeks off, approx. 60 hours per week Saturday to Thursday, will full flights and accomodation paid for, medical-insurance, net rate to you, per diem, 12 month contract.
