The Role: QA Associate to work within the QA QC/Stability Review Team. The role will report to the QA Associate Manager. The primary focus of this team is to provide QA support to the QC and Stability groups. The job holder will be educated to degree level and skilled in analytical techniques such as HPLC, SDS-PAGE and ELISA as well as microbiological techniques such as TVC and endotoxin. Quality Assurance experience whilst not required would be an advantage. In order to fulfil this role the candidate must be flexible, self- motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team. They will need to be able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of individuals. This role requires an individual with proven knowledge of cGMP. Also the ability to provide a critical assessment of data, good decision making skills, effective communication skills and influencing skills to convey compliance based decisions.
