International provider company specialized in engineering services with energy and infrastructures is looking for a LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER for our client major French company specialized in natural gas and production, and in electricity generation and distribution for a mission in SAUDI ARABIA. You will participate in the site supervision. You will report to the Site Technical Manager. The project consists of the construction of a 600MW capacity CCGT power plant combined with an integrated solar field. Your profile : *Having at least a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum 20 years of proven experience in construction supervision; *Proven experiences in conventional power plant (CCGT, CFPP, Open Cycle GT, … with a focus on CCGT) as lead electrical engineer (at least two major projects with power>300MW); *Good knowledge of applicable codes, norms and standards; *English language is mandatory Your mission (non-exhaustive list): *Review on site the contractual interface points as defined by the EPC contract; *Follow up the site electrical activities to ensure conformity with technical and contractual specifications and technical documentation; *Ensure that the EPC contractor is implementing adequate corrective action where necessary; *Review the EPC Contractor’s quality assurance plans and procedures for meeting the necessary quality requirements during construction and closely monitor the implementation; *Follow up the erection time schedule related to the electrical erection and physical progress; *Work closely with other engineers of different disciplines to follow up site preparation, erection & construction of equipment for the eventual hand over to commissioning; *Verify that routine tests are carried out as specified and that the results meet Mobilization: ASAP Duration: 27 months Location : Duba, SAUDI ARABIA Working schedule: 6 days per week Working Regime: 10 hours/day (no paid overtime) Accomodation, food and transport are covered.
