Bachelors Degree in one of the fields of Engineering or Science. Excellent command of technical engineering in English. Arabic is not required but is highly desirable. Ability to lead behavioral change to help Company build a world-class safety culture Job Purpose Lead the implementation of all Personal Safety policies and programs, ensure its adherence and consistency and increase individual awareness and accountability to achieve these goals and objectives in the Company Corporate headquarters, housing compounds, transportation and all EH&S programs and initiatives outside the Jubail Manufacturing location. Functional Duties Act as the focal point and subject matter expert regarding Personal Safety for all Company locations outside the Jubail Manufacturing site. Ensure the implementation of a detailed, task level, day-to-day Personal Safety program, utilizing the EH&S work process, standards and procedures within Company. Continuously assesses facilities’ operations and maintenance on Personal Safety performance and compliance; ensuring periodic inspection and coordination with concerned departments to take corrective actions. Ensure that the Personal Safety aspects of Operating Discipline are adequate and applied to achieve performance goals. Establish coordinate the implementation of corporate headquarters’ safety programs and “safety-off the job” initiatives. Lead Personal Safety monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting; identify opportunities to streamline personal safety work process. Initiate and support Management of Change (MOC) for Personal Safety matters as necessary. Participates in incident investigations and the corrective action process including leading investigations for incidents in the covered areas. Recommends improvement and proposes solutions to specific Personal Safety issues. Initiates and supports Management of Change (MOC) for Personal Safety matters as necessary. Review and provide Personal Safety related inputs, coordinate the implementation of assessment programs to ensure conformity of Company facilities with personal safety programs. Coordinate for Personal Safety related trainings to increase personal safety awareness and clarity of responsibilities; may conduct the training as well. Provide data for EH&S audits and functional coaching to people performing EH&S related roles. Advise and provide support in emergency situations to help mitigate the impact and accelerate the return to normal operations. Overseas the implementation of Company’s safe driving initiative both onsite and off-site Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
