We are looking for a CONTRACT MANAGER for a great project in Tajikistan for our client specialized in the construction management and supervision of this Rogun HPP project, the highest dam in the world. Scope of the project : The proposed Rogun Hydroelectric Project site is located on the Vakhsh River which flows from the Pamir Mountains. The project is divided in four Lots performed by EPC Contractor(s) and Pre-Contract-Works (PCW) performed by the Employer himself. Lot 1 – Plant : - Hydro Turbine - 4 sets (Units 1 to 4) of vertical Francis turbine, 630 MW at design head of 245 m - Model testing of turbine - Hydro Generator - 4 sets of 700 MVA rated capacity (power factor kV hydro generators. - Static excitation system, voltage regulating equipment, neutral cubicles, MV bus-duct, generator circuit breaker; - Auxiliary mechanical and electrical system/equipment for generating units - Step-up-Transformers – 4 nos. of 700 MVA, 15.75/525 kV, three phase, ODWF cooled indoor type transformer including all parts, accessories, auxiliaries Lot 2 – Dam Lot 3 – Right Bank Structures Lot 4 – Left Bank structures : - Permanent intakes and headrace (penstocks, manifolds…) for all units, - Design, manufacturing, supply and erection of hydro-mechanical equipment for permanent intakes; - Penstocks and steel lining; - Powerhouse complex civil work completion; - Grouting and drainage around tunnels, as may be requested - Treatment of the Upstream Sliding Area - Permanent Administration and Service Building - Permanent Ventilation Service Building - Cable Gallery from GIS to Permanent Administration and Service Building CONTRACT MANAGER ROLE : Control of the procedures for the contract administration. Assistance to the Employer and Consultant team in controlling the compliance of the Contractor with the contractual conditions as refers to performance certificate, guarantee and security, insurances, obligations, variations and adjustments, etc… Assistance to Employer during variation orders, claims, meetings. Assistance to the preparation of progress reports and the preparation of the Site Monthly Report. CANDIDATE PROFILE : * 15 years experience in contract management in EPC & Hydropower plant * English - Russian appreciated !
