Job Description Minimum of 6 years recent experience in the application of maintenance reliability surveillance engineering within offshore Oil & Gas and LNG operations; Exceptional talent in repeatedly finding opportunities for maintenance cost savings within existing highly reliable assets; Recent experience in successfully implementing a highly effective reliability surveillance programme within existing highly reliable operations; Demonstrated talent in successfully navigating the broader business landscape, organisational intricacies, and business processes; Outstanding natural interpersonal and communication skills including team and relationship building; Demonstrated flair and nous in presenting to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders; Ability to tell the story and paint the picture concisely and in lay-man terms; Outstanding PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills; The position may require travel offshore and domestically up to 2-3 times per year for short periods generally no more than a week. Job Requirements Our client is looking for a Reliability Engineer that meets the following requirements: Good rotating equipment experience (pumps, compressors, gas turbines); Condition monitoring; Condition based maintenance; Experience in transitioning to condition-based maintenance; Experience in advance reliability analytics; Rounded experience in technical reliability/compliance, business improvement, shutdowns and contracts; Good understanding of budgeting and planning; Previous experience of hands on field experience in equipment commissioning; SAP experience essential; Risk based maintenance experience.
