Client requirements: 15 years plus experience with a minimum of 8 years experience working within the oil & gas industry European project experience preferred A minimum of 5 years in a senior quality management role Previous work experience within a major operator such as ExxonMobil/ Shell/ BP/ etc Majority of experience gained within the onshore upstream industry Role: Establish Project Quality team and organization, develop Project Quality Plan, identify key procedures and monitor implementation. Maintain cordial relationship with Client Representative and ensure that client quality requirements are understood, agreed and fulfilled. Review and implementation of site quality documents like quality control plan / ITPs, process control procedures, formats for recording process results etc. on a timely manner. Preparation of project quality plan with details on quality practices, resources and sequence of activities relevant to a particular contract/project. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors to conduct all non destructive testing on site. Support Quality Director to ensure Quality policy and objectives are communicated within the organisation. Ensure Internal and External Audits are managed as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements and 19011:2011 Guidelines Lead the corporate quality activities in Technical Services Division. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
