Responsibilities will include: Document all application analysis and design work according to company defined standards Provide product functionality & feature support to Consultants, Project Managers, Customer Support Team members and other Company employees where relevant. Review and participate in any customer design phase of a delivery project to ensure the requirements are captured in an effective and consistent manner. Document and translate the client requirements as appropriate for input into the Configuration and Testing teams, according to company defined standard Monitor project schedule deadlines and ensure personal deadlines are met. Continually review team documentation standard and utilities to keep them up to date with industry standards. Work with key accountabilities from the Service Centre to ensure the same consistent message regarding what can and cannot change is being communicated within the stream and with clients. Perform peer reviews as per company defined analysis guidelines. Keep up to date with industry standard practices and methodologies as required for any client delivery project. Utilise industry standard analysis techniques as appropriate for any client delivery project Working with other members of the team to review existing processes and streamline to produce simplified more scalable, methods of delivery. Develop effective lines of communication with all Company staff to ensure optimised stream interaction. Establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally. Apply analytical and problem solving skills to complex problems. Ensure all tasks are completed on time whilst ensuring comprehensive attention to detail. Plan and organise work to produce the required deliverables to overall timelines and in accordance with quality management standards. Ensure detailed understanding of Companys products functionality and features Utilise product knowledge and analysis skills to aid in the gathering and documentation of client requirements Qualifications Degree in IT related subject Experience Involvement in client facing workshops/meetings for the gathering of requirements Practicle experience of requirements documentation Understanding change management procedures Experience of analytical processes and procedures Working within a product delivery environment Technical Competencies: Ability to clearly articulate and document requirements. Ability to help facilitate meetings at all levels of an organisation Fluent skills in Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Process flow modelling software e.g. Adobe Illustrator. Project Management and monitoring tools. Ability to use appropriate Document Management Systems. Defect / Change Request monitoring tools. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal English.
