Accountable for: Ensuring the Logistics Delivery Team meet Project and Logistics OE objectives Resourcing and career management of the delivery team functional group Contractor OE performance and assurance Providing the interface from the Logistics Delivery Team to Project OEHES Manager Conducting internal Logistics OE Assurance audits Ensuring all members of the Logistics Delivery Team are trained and effective in OE leadership to the correct level Championing OE within the Logistic Delivery Team Develops OE strategic direction and tactical implementation in support of project objectives Provide OE and security direction to the logistics delivery leadership team and project staff as well as developing sustainable relationships with OE professionals Demonstrates leadership in building and developing the project IIF culture Liaises with all project locations to ensure seamless and effective interfaces in OE Participates as active member of OE Leadership Team Drives the development and implementation of project and contractor Health, Environment Safety, Security and Risk Management programs, processes and procedures to meet Project HES objectives and alignment with company OEMS. Includes Leadership Accountability, ELC, Security, CHESM, RiskMan II, II&R, ER and OE Assurance Endorse Contractor HES and Security Plans and Management Systems Provision of HES and security advice and guidance to the Logistics team, including EPCM contractors, sharing of safety best practice and liaison with Central HES Team Ensures subcontractors are aligned with Contractor Health & Safety Management (CHESM) process Design and production of OE plans appertaining to Logistics on the project WPMP Works in partnership with assigned Delivery Team staff to meet OE Objectives and implement lessons learned Provides OE training to Logistics personnel Coordinate with Marine group to ensure all MRSE activities are completed Key Interfaces: Logistics Planning Team Logistics Execution Team Ocean Delivery Team Land Delivery Team Project Fabrication Project Construction Logistics Delivery Team Appointed Contractors.
