Job Description Responsible for successful management of Project Controls related to Brownfields Projects including: Development, implementation and management of the Brownfield Projects Project Controls systems & processes. This includes the areas of estimating / budget development, cost & schedule management and reporting; Ensuring Project Controls deliverables for Brownfields Projects (for both Client & Contractors) are in line with client requirements; Assisting with the activities related to evaluation, clarification & establishment of the Engineering Services Contract. Duties & responsibilities include; Development, implementation and maintain the Operations Brownfield Projects Project Controls processes, systems & tools; Develop & implement Project Controls reporting templates, including detailed reports as well as dashboard style summary reports; Facilitate regular Project Controls cost & schedule review meetings. This may be for individual projects or the consolidated portfolio of projects; Develop a manual to guide & navigate new users through the Project Controls systems and tools; Regularly track and report on the status of Brownfields projects from a cost and schedule perspective; Act as a focal point with the Operations Engineering team for all Project Controls queries or issues. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Project Control positons with at least 3 years in a similar positon to his one, preferably in a Brownfields environment; Previous experience in developing and implementing project controls systems; Sound knowledge and experience in the development, application, management and analysis of the following items across all stages of project development and execution; Estimating, Cost Control, Planning, Project change management, Reporting (actuals, forecasts, commitments, S-curves, VOWD etc), Invoicing man hour and physical progress capture, risk assessments, work & cost breakdown structures, Benchmarking, norms, metrics and productivity factors; Excellent applied knowledge of Upstream & downstream LNG facility technologies subsea, offshore & onshore processing facilities; Highly competent, motivated with interpersonal & influencing skills; Diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment; Excellent communication skills, verbal & written and the ability to influence a wide range of senior stakeholders to successfully support the objectives and outcomes of this role; Well developed leadership and decision making skills; Open for candidates who has a valid rights to work in Australia.
