Shall have a minimum of five (5) years directly relating to field supervision of construction activities related to the supply scope. Shall have demonstrated knowledge of ISO 10006 and certified as ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems Auditor, or equivalent quality verification. Preferred Skills/Attributes: Experience of working on a major Oil & Gas project / environment essential Logistics experience, highly desirable Comments: passport/visa requirements etc. A valid passport is required as there may be travel to various locations. Must have the legal right to reside and work in UK. Must be able to travel internationally at short notice. Job Requirements: Design and production of Quality plans appertaining to Logistics on the project WPMP. Works in partnership with assigned Delivery Team staff to meet quality objectives and implement lessons learned. Works with the Logistics personnel to ensure that adequate quality processes and procedures are developed and implemented to address the quality of all associated activities including: planning; reporting; procedures; permits; licenses; insurance and safe delivery of services/equipment/vessels planning; reporting; procedures; permits; licenses; insurance and safe delivery of services/equipment/vessels. Provides quality input to Purchase Orders and Contracts. Provides quality training to Logistics personnel. Provides input to the Quality Lead Delivery Team for Logistics and assists in planning and resourcing Logistics work fronts. Provide input to and quality assurance of Site/Module storage and preservation routines. Reviews and provides input to Contractor quality programs and ITPs; supports identification of appropriate hold or witness points on the ITP. Assists the Logistics managers to resolve quality related company concerns. Provides Quality input to site activities with the owner representatives and applicable third parties for site developed inspection routines and Quality Verification Documents (QVDs). Champions the requirements of the Site Quality Program, including the processing of any required revisions and other project quality and technical requirements, as well as compliance with the approved ITPs developed for the project. Verifies that nonconforming work activities or hardware are controlled through implementation of a nonconformance control procedure; Identification of trends and provides support in closing out findings Performs incident investigations of Quality related events as needed Reports directly to Deputy Project Manager Logistics and interfaces with respective Logistics scope owners Assists Project Quality Assurance Lead Offshore in support of developing and executing the Project Audit Plan for Logistics.
