The Role: - To call for, participate to and/or organize all the necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the works; - To provide technical support as required to the package managers and operations teams; - To validate the build of material quantities for EPC CFT; - To ensure design (in particular the layout and equipment selection) consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies interfaces management and leadership towards the other work packages including operations with other lead discipline engineers; - To ensure the PLANT complies with contracts documentation. To avoid stand-by and delays by prompt response to engineering clarifications and technical deviations and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proefficient approach; - To remain sensitive to ‘good enough’ engineering; - To preferably be familiar with FEED activities related to pipeline surface facilities, marine terminals and loading/offloading facilities; Essential Skills / Qualifications: Able to act as Technical Authority for the Project for storage tanks, piping design, static equipment, pressure vessels and layouts including 3D models; Can operate PDMS and/or Navisworks workstation (will be a plus); Competent with fixed and floating roof storage tanks design and constructability; Familiar with process piping stress methodology and calculations.
