Ensure that all the interfaces with the concerned parties including with partner/regulator/third parties are correctly managed. Ensure that the contract processes are implemented on Projects in accordance with the C&P rules of NOC. JOB DIMENSIONS Al Shaheen field development will involve several new projects that would be executed in parallel over the period of 5 years with CAPEX investment of around 3.3 Billion USD. The Major Projects consists of: Pipelines global network: Existing pipeline(s) replacement for integrity and debottlenecking Produced water treatment on A complex: Integrate a new module installed with an IGF skid & pumps on AB Platform to increase produced water treatment facility New wellhead platforms installation: Six WHP each including bridges with budget > 400mUSD. Single Export FSO: Replacement of existing two FSO with single FSO unit The Contracts Engineer is based in Major Project’s premises, reports directly to the Project Control Manager; Major Projects The Job holder is responsible for the successful delivery of the Contracts including the tender, award and post award management of the Contracts of a global budget of Multi Million USD.
