CONTRACTS ENGINEER, required by our client, a specialist pipeline and piping contractor, to be hired on a contract basis, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. *MALAYSIAN NATIONALS ONLY* Duration: 12 months Reports to: Project Manager PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES The PE is based on site reporting to the PM and he/she must be very assertive and capable of handling contract claims from/to subcontractors and from/to the Client. This role is supported by the Project Controls team. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS The Contracts Engineer (PE) must have the same type and duration experience as the PM. The PE is the first line of defense in responding to claims and generating claims. Must have a comprehensive understanding of construction contracts terms and conditions with excellent English letter writing ability. APPLY
