Duties and Responsibilities: Works within the Contract Administration team and accountable to the Project Agreement Manager Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of claims management Successfully manage the relationships between Project Co, the Project Team, and Project Controls functions including, estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management Specific Competencies: Manage and maintain comprehensive claims documentation within the contract administration software Investigate, evaluate, and provide recommendations for the settlement of claims Provide position papers to recommend solutions to contractual issues Provide detailed evaluation of potential claim impact to the Project Management team Provide summary reports to Executive Management Liaison with client legal team Understanding of alternative dispute resolution techniques Requirement: Previous experience in Oil & Gas sector At least 5 years experience in the same role German language knowledge is mandatory.
