Role: Services Planning and Performance Coordinator Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Completed high school education Diploma in supply chain management is desirable, undergraduate degree Business or Finance is required. Postgraduate will be viewed favorably Minimum of 10 years work experience in a providing services to the Oil & Gas industry. Business analytics background, small project development Fluent in Kazakh and/or Russian is desirable, High level of English comprehension, written and spoken is also required. Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and shared document management systems. Job Requirements: Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for project initiatives Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them Identifies and participates in the evaluation of strategic opportunities pertinent to the objectives of the overall Services activities. Interacts with senior leadership and Services team members as appropriate to represent and promote the development of Services strategic programs. Presenting findings to senior staff members and customers Liaising with Services team members to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies Working with project Services business customers to get to know their function and understand their needs Producing cohesive and intelligent plans and reports to bring success to business opportunities Generating original ideas with other members of the team Oversees and coordinates the development of strategic programs on a project management basis, to include development of estimates and projections, identification of funding sources, and development and preparation of funding proposals. Coordinates the administration of multiple strategic programs, and serves as a principle point of contact between project Services Manager, Services team members, and funding sources. Complete various daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the organization. Develops, Manages and coordinates the implementation of integrated programs, development strategies, policies, and procedures for the activity. Interacts with Services LT to produce Business Plan, Presentations, and modeling of business opportunities. Terms: Tengiz Rotation: 28 x 28 (11 hours)
