Position title: FGP Security Lead Technical Engineer Key responsibilities: HES key requirements: Be consistent with Company principles and promote the values indicated in TCO Way; Be the Leader in safety and environmental performance; Contribute to the systematic management of safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of TCO strategy; Participate in Behavior Based Safety program (BBS); Job description: Reports to TCO Security Technical Support Group Supervisor; Supports FGP project in their assigned area and discipline with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and schedule compliance; Works closely with Engineering, HES, Mobilization groups, other TCO FGP and Base Business departments; Engages with CBRES IT on FGP issues and tasks; Provides technical expertise as TCO Security SME within his/her job duties and competence; Ensures that work performance meets the TCO Base Business and Project expectations, deadlines and contractual obligations; Collaborates with vendor and distributers of CYPRESS, Axis and Lenel hardware to ensure vendor products correct selection, installation and technical maintenance are provided; Manages contractors engaged in FEED, integration, deployment and maintenance of security systems and equipment; Reviews and annotates reports, technical documentation, drawings to ensure conformity to standards; Enforces compliance with quality control procedures within his job duties; Close interaction with design engineering groups and other specialists to ensure successful and on-schedule execution of design, deployment and commissioning of security systems and equipment; Monitors and manages daily incoming documents and request from the FGP; Develops procedures for timely identification and resolution of technical issues and operational failures of security systems and equipment; Participates in weekly meetings; Prepares regular reports, forecasts, operational plans and schedules, as well as recommendations on efficient management of material stock and costs, for TCO Security technical support supervisor; Maintains strong communication and teamwork performance; Required skills and qualifications: Higher education in construction or engineering discipline; English language fluency – advanced; A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deployment and management (operation) of applications: Lenel OnGuard, Alarm Monitoring, Video Viewer, Area Access Manager, Axis Camera Station; Leadership and management skills; Uphold ethical workplace culture and strong client relationship; Light vehicle driver license and driving experience is mandatory;
