Job Description Primary Deliverables: Liaise with OLB, Warehouse and MSB; Acceptance and receipt of Materials and Cargo; Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day return activities offshore; Maintain Warehouse and correct storage of Cargo and materials; Housekeeping of Warehouse and storage facilities; Pick and pack materials for Hook-up and Commissioning Teams; Perform stock counts and investigate discrepancies; Storing materials safely in an organised manner to ensure efficient identification and retrieval; Distribution of Materials to FPSO and Flotel; Support Materials Controller and Materials Coordinator in all matters related to material availability, movement and tracking. Key Technical Deliverables: Maintain an accurate status of material list and locations; Early identification and resolution of logistics problems/concerns to enable safe and efficient logistics operations; Ensure project materials, construction equipment, spares and supplies are available offshore in accordance with the requirements of the IHUC groups and plans. Job Requirements Mandatory Requirements: BOSIET required for those involved the Tow phase; TBOSIET minimum requirement for those individuals mobilized post Tow phase; Accept Dangerous Goods by Sea; Accept Dangerous Goods by Air. Recommended Requirements: Provide First Aid; Excellent communication and written skills (English) and ability to work with different disciplines and cultures; Sound knowledge of OPERCOM and ICAPS Commissioning management system; Extensive experience working under permit to work systems and adhering to permit to work conditions; Knowledge of SAP; Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related position, preferably in the oil and gas industry, and/or construction industry.
