Role: Workforce Planning Specialist Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Experience in data management using databases and/or Excel to organize and analyze data Ability to summarize data and communicate trends, findings, and general observations to stakeholders Previous experience on Major Capital Projects Strong communication skills for interacting with Senior Project Professionals Job Requirements: Point of contact for Senior Project Managers and Project Managers for all workforce planning support, guidance and issue resolution Coordinate all workforce planning changes for scope area, including team reviews and analysis Follow change management process and ensure integrity of Project workforce management process Coordinate recruitment requirements on behalf of scope areas and track progress through different labor streams Engages with key stakeholders across Project to establish and maintain a reliable and repeatable workforce planning process for delivery and ensure aligned system data across multiple areas. Contributes to workforce management team with identification of improvement opportunities and assistance with establishing streamlined process flows, data collation and review and execution of delivery method Promotes Project workforce initiatives such as appropriate fill strategy sourcing and Kazakh content Terms: Tengiz 28/28 Rotation: 28 x 28 (11 hours) About us: Bolashak has a proven history of supplying high calibre personnel to major projects.
