For our client an established oil and gas service company, iPS is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in UAE. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics for the organization in order to attract potential clients. Job Responsibilities: Manages successful marketing strategies and campaigns; Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors; Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals; Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets and allocate/invest funds wisely; Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; Responsible for brand management and corporate identity Responsible for pre-qualification and registration of major oil and gas and marine construction companies. Requirements: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field; Minimum 10 years of experience in marine construction or offshore marine services industry; Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn; Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate; Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement; Knowledgeable in tendering and forecasting; Must have UAE experience.
