Build your career as a Project Manager Job Description Responsibilities: Compliance to HSE, QA and other procedures within the department; Establish Project Hand book for effective project execution; Establish WBS, CTR, Resource requirements, tools and Project plan for the project; Ensure projects are being managed within their cost budgets, cash flow, EBITA and schedule; Face to the customer on all technical and commercial matters; Ensure that invoicing is up to date and accurate; Provide customer with all contractual requirements, establishment of Project risk register, project milestone plan, construction plan, installation and commissioning assistance, etc.; Establish procurement budget, schedule and variation schedule for the project; Travel to customer site as necessary. Follow up on construction yard for E House projects; Defining KPIs for the Project and individual performance with contribution to the department on a half yearly basis; Understanding of turnkey contract and managing contractual issues and VORs in the project execution; Adherence to deadlines, bonds, payment terms & conditions. Job Requirements Education/Experience: Degree in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or similar; Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Marine offshore industry; Minimum 4-5 years experience in project management. Skills Requirement: Strong knowledge of DCS/ICSS control, Electrical, Instrument and Telecom requirements for the Marine offshore industry; Technical & Operational experience in Multinational environment; Strong P&L experience and reporting based on company standards; Well rounded analytical skills, including excellent evaluation of Engineering processes, standards & codes and Technical issues; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills; Self-starter and ability to make technical and business decisions; Strong ability to develop relationships with clients; PMP certification will be an added advantage; Able to speak Chinese preferred.
