The Role: Fircroft are seeking a resource/administrator for a 6 month+ contract within London Purpose of the role: To provide administrative support to international and home national resourcing activities Key responsibility areas: • Post all vacancies on company websites & job boards ensuring compliance with all company brand requirements • Arrange interviews for international and home national candidates, liaising with candidates and managers • Conduct pre-hire reference lists checks for international new hires • Source candidates from online databases, conduct screening in line with job requirements and collect all required documents (e.g. passport etc), with guidance of Global Resourcing Team colleagues • Carry out attitudinal interviews of selected candidates, with guidance of Global Resourcing Team colleagues • Assist in quality control checks on completed files • Complete administration based tasks related to Global Resourcing projects • Support ad hoc reporting requirements Candidate specification: • Recruitment administration experience gained in-house or with an agency in oil & gas or engineering sector • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo). CRM system experience beneficial • Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese not required, but desirable Skills: • Attention to detail • Strong prioritisation skills • Customer and team focused • Adaptability
