For our Quality group we are looking for a HES Engineer for one of our major projects which starts September 2018 until the completion of the project in January 2020. The scope of the project includes a new Ammonium Nitrate Granulation and Raw material Storage. Responsibilities Participating as an active contributor in the Project Management Team and advising on HES management issues in the project; Assisting disciplines in identifying the main authority and Company requirements with respect to HES and assisting the Project Manager in the promotion of a good HES culture; Reviewing and following-up with the Contractor’s HES Program of Construction; Ensuring that the HES acceptance criteria as defined are met and that the project specific plans and procedures for HES management are established and maintained as required; Ensuring that during the Engineering Phase, the HES Requirements are established and maintained as required, and ensuring that the necessary HES analysis and studies are performed and that the results demonstrate that HES acceptance criteria are met; Reporting all the relevant HES performance indicators as required; Evaluating the principal decisions from the HES perspective and assisting the Construction Manager in planning and coordinating all activities related to HES; Participating in HES Examinations, Audit’s, Follow-up Risk and mitigation actions within the project area. Profile University degree or equal; Minimum 5 years relevant experience; HES experience in construction; Familiar with Italian Safety and Environmental Standards and local HES circumstances; Longer relevant experience may compensate for less formal education.
