Job Purpose · Manage and oversee contractor activities during the North Field Production & Sustainability (NFPS) EPCOL Project, which includes all aspects of Onshore and Offshore Certification and Completion activities withing the bounds of the CONTRACT including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up activities at project fabrication yard in Karimun, Indonesia to ensure flawless handover process of project from construction to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and Start-Up by ensuring the SCDB and System Completion Software (WinPCS) is configured and set according to the System Completion roadmap for the. Qualifications · WinPCS System (Administration, Programming and Installation) Knowledge and/or Experience · 10 years in systems completion database administration experience in the oil and gas industry with exposure to a major projects environment in the oil and gas industry. · Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning experience. · Deep understanding/knowledge in reading P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings. · Experience in major EPC Contractors and fabrication activities at fabrication yards · Implementation of Completion management systems. · System Completion Software (preferable WinPCS). · Knowledge of Offshore Project’s terminology. · Offshore experience (an advantage). Technical and Business Skills · Fluent in written and spoken English. · Strong analytical, organising and planning skills. · Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels. · Good interpersonal and influencing skills. · Computer literate in project management systems adapted to oil & gas industry. Key Job Accountabilities 1. Subject Matter Expert for all SCDB related activities at site for multi project /multi discipline team. 2. Setup WinPCS as per System Completion roadmap. 3. Configuration of project systems, subsystems, equipment and documentation. 4. Configuration of the CMS data tables with data provided by engineering. 5. Confirmation of engineering data and reporting of anomalies and exceptions to engineering for verification/amendment. 6. Review the current project data structures and work practises and manage the implementation and maintenance of the CMS as an integrated part of the current project systems. 7. Assess and report on the completeness, accuracy and reliability of information provided by project entities. 8. Conversion, development and updating (as required) of test sheets, procedures and reports for Construction and Commissioning testing and completion. 9. Maintenance of project documentation, drawings, pictures and scanned images. 10. Report status of systems and areas, including outstanding works and punch lists. 11. Report status of handover from construction to pre-commissioning and from commissioning to operations. 12. Provide standard documentation for construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. 13. Develop, review and maintain a system and applicable documentation to provide verification and traceability of all stages of turnover. 14. Oversee the efficient and effective implementation of the Construction and Commissioning completion system (WinPCS) across the project including offshore, onshore, yards, offices, vendor manufacturing locations. 15. Setup all RFIs for all site related System Completion walkdowns. 16. Track changes and queries against systems, areas, work packs and documents. 17. Track and report on critical items or systems, MC, Commissioning, Certification and Delivery status of each item. 18. Maintenance and updating of WinPCS software and support programmes. 19. Maintain and assist development of Flawless Plans and Procedures. 20. Develop and maintain Preservation systems for Vendor, Fabricator, Construction and Commissioning.
