Job Purpose · Write accurate, high-quality, concise and reader-friendly reports, presentations and communications for the project, from internal memos to shareholder reports. · Parse and distill project status and outlook from EPC Contractor and PMT produced material into consolidated project reports and presentations. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. Knowledge and/or Experience · Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant project or hydrocarbon or petrochemical industry roles. · Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds. Technical and Business Skills · Expert in written and spoken English. · Must be proficient in word processing, desktop publishing, project planning and scheduling, spreadsheets, flowcharts, graphics, technical drawing, and other computer-related utilities. · Proficiency must include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS SharePoint. · Requires strong coordination, analytical, and writing skills. Key Job Accountabilities 1. Produce reports, presentations and other written communication for the NFXP Onshore Project in compliance with established Company policies and procedures and project specific requirements. 2. Produce high quality content with sufficient technical knowledge to distill complex topics and synthesise material from multiple sources to deliver accurate information in an easy-to-understand way for varying audiences, from frontline PMT to senior stakeholders and Joint Venture Shareholders. 3. Work with PMT material owners to create fit-for-purpose and value adding deliverables that are commensurate with the level of effort required to produce, avoiding high maintenance processes and minimising manual handling of data. 4. Produce concise and accurate high quality documents that reflect industry best practice and Qatargas lessons learned. 5. Support the review process to ensure that all deliverables are reviewed effectively to capture the changes requested by concerned stakeholders in a timely manner, allowing for multiple cycles at different management levels. 6. Review and revise reporting deliverables as demands evolve during project execution, appropriate for the specific audiences and stakeholders. Facilitate appropriate input to ensure continued development of reporting deliverables aligned with all stakeholders.
