Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose: Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions. Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business activities such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management. Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes. Works closely with General Manager on other special planning and departmental projects. Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics. Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution. Main Tasks: 1. Improving plant productivity Day to day operation, monitoring and maintenance of the entire FOG treatment facility. 2. Comply with all standards and regulations. Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting in the case of any malfunctions. Adherence to the Dubai Municipality regulations. 3. Controlling Cost Develop a plan to reduce the consumables without lowering the production. Aligning to the company's purchasing norms. 4. Maintain daily records and reports. Record & reports of daily productivity. Develop or update the reporting system for to track the performance of individual and productivity. 5. Employee Relations, Training & Development. Develop the employee skill enhancement program. 6. Safety Compliance OSH Programs & Incident Reports.
