Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We need a safety officer who will be on-site, looking at the day-to-day safety requirements 6 months contract – (this may extend a bit depending on project progress). The candidate should have UAE experience and should speak English and Hindi. Immediately available Below are some details about the role: Manage safety and health preparedness including preparedness for emergency situations. Conduct accident and near-miss investigations. Analyze accident statistics and propose improvement actions to management, including awareness, behavior, continuous communication, and training. Design, consolidate, and distribute specific information coming from unsafe events, accident information, safety alerts or other, as a learning tool through specific and regular communications. Identification and definition of relevant employee safety trainings (in addition to Global guidance) as well as training planning and delivery in close collaboration with HR and Technical Training & Information. Define documentation requirements and safety conditions to fulfill during the subcontracting process. Plan and conduct internal and external management system audits, in coordination with other functions, to confirm process adherence and develop closing actions with the branch on any deviations identified.
