Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Objective: Manage the catering Operations of a Healthcare facility in such a manner that customer satisfaction, high staff morale and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth. Plan, organize and control the Catering operations in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service in the Healthcare to the clients as per the contractual specifications. Set objectives and ensure that all the departments are performing within the scope of work achieving excellence in service. Ensure that functional heads are well informed about contractual obligations in their given areas of activities.
