Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for site investigation & preliminary studies. Responsible to establish and maintain document procedures to control and verify the design submitted by the contractor or the design produced by the consultants themselves. Design including description, calculation, layouts, protection, control, & bill of quantities. Responsible for design/review and study of underground cables, distribution networks. Design/review of layout of underground cables drawings, circuit diagrams, route selection etc. including the existing underground cables, termination. Conduct review of the contractor's proposal/design. All design changes and modifications identified and documented should be submitted to clients for approval. Responsible for tender documents preparation, setting the specifications which meet the requirements of the client, preparation of B.O.Q, evaluation the contractor’s qualification and comparison between the competitors of tender. All the above works will be under supervision of the client. Regular site visit in order to check the design implemented according to approved documentation.
