Job Description I am recruiting for a Production Technologist in Gabon on a permanent basis. You will lead the maturation and safe execution of Well & Reservoir Management/Production System Optimisation activities, rigless sequence, work-over and drilling activities for one or several major onshore assets. Ensures Production Technology standards are met through intensive quality control. Leads Production Technology deliverables of one or several major producing assets embedded in fast-pace subsurface teams. Directly responsible for identifying, maturing and implementing well and reservoir management opportunities. Senior PT, Discipline Technical Authority for an asset. Coordinates the safe and effcient delivery of all rigless and workover activities for a set of producing assets. Matures several discipline or inter-discipline projects. Actively identifies and implements new technologies to improve the ultimate recovery of the fields. As required, contributes to Field Development Plans, Asset Reference Plans, Business Planning and Mid Term Production Forecasting. Wellsite / operational experience is a clear advantage. Experience in hands-on well and reservoir management and field (re)-development planning. Broad knowledge of other subsurface, engineering, well services and operations disciplines to liaise effectively with multiple interfaces
