Charterhouse is working with major EPC company with global operations, who is looking for Head of Project Control to be based in one of their office in Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for someone with at least 20 years of experience, Oil and Gas and EPC background within Middle East region. As a successful candidate you will be responsible for providing leadership to the team of PCM planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of project schedules, plan costs and quantities and smooth cash flow management for multiple projects. You will be Managing Project Control sections viz. Project Execution Plan, including WBS, CBS, progress measurement procedure and reporting for multiple projects. Monitoring and analyse progress to give early warning signals for delays as well as suggesting remedial actions for the same to project directors and Management. Required Skills - An Engineering Graduate preferably in Mechanical/ Civil - 20 years of relevant work experience in EPC organization, within Oil and Gas - 5 years of experience in a Project control head handling multiple projects - Experience in planning in projects Values above USD 800 Million from concept to commissioning - Hands-on Experience of Primavera Version 6.1 or above - Exposure to Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling functions for entire Projects including Rescource Planning, Recovery/ Crash Planning
