A global Container Transportation and Shipping company is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to be based out of their main Saudi Arabia office. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience (15+ years) within the Shipping, Terminals and Logistics industries, with infrequent changes in role. They must have shown outstanding leadership success in a previous Agency Manager / Operations position, leading a team of at least 20 staff. They should have strong existing relationships with Saudi based Port Authorities, Feeder Operators, Main Line Operators and Depots. They will also have an in-depth knowledge of port costings in Saudi. The successful candidate will provide the overall Operations Management to the companys Saudi Arabia operations. It will be their immediate responsibility to coordinate, organise and implement various initiatives in order to meet the companys goals and objectives. Foremost, this will involve growing and developing the existing Operations team. Their responsibility will also encompass annual budgeting and the review of all financial forecasts.
