• Reporting to Project Manager and Build up Procedure and implement checklist for Rotary and Static Equipment related to Process Module. • Handles Installation & Pre-commissioning/ commissioning of Mechanical Equipments (Rotary and static along with the joints and accessories) • Develop test requirements and assist in checkout and startup including shaft lining and power supply requirement. • Review and check Project GA installation drawings for compliance with company and project instructions with technical vendor submittals for installation requirements as per vendor recommendations if any. • Coordinate with other services for discrepancy if any before the start of each item code. • Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements. • Review and checking of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements. • Ensures operation and performance are in compliance with the design criteria. Define and review method and action to ensure proper operations of equipment, system and plant. • Proper planning of equipment and accessories required for execution well in advance to meet the project schedule. • Variation as per site requirement to be highlighted to Project manager and the planning. • Defining and requesting work and/or test permit, release from service operations and to follow-up of clearance works and responsible in handing over of commissioned system to the operation team • Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. • Identifies, formulates and implements “on the job” training programs for the workforce under responsibility Desired Candidate Profile -Bachelor Degree in Engineering -Minimum 5-years experience in Process Module Operations in Onshore + Offshore projects. -Experience with advance knowledge in developing procedure and implementing installation details for Rotary and Static equipment, Valves etc.
