-Support all the activities for the effective implementation of IMS management system -Conduct task specific Risk assessment -Identify hazards in workplace and ensure that controls are in place. -Install along with supervisor proper safety sign boards and static instruction -Identify near misses and propose corrective measures -Conduct Safety and housekeeping inspections -Track and record waste transfer -Install proper sign boards and bin for disposal of waste -Monitor lifting equipment inspection status and update. -Inspect fire equipments on monthly basis -Provide QHSE Induction training for new employees -Maintain HSE records for objective evidence -Ensure compliance with Denholm YAM Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Systems. -Active support for providing HSE Training for employees -Provide all the support needed in case of accidents/incidents and follow up with hospitals for the recovery -Participate in monthly safety meeting and maintain records -Active involvement in fire drill. -Act as fire fighter/first aider based training undergone. -Comply with company policies and regulations -Any other duty assigned by Senior Safety Officer or QHSE Manager Desired Candidate Profile -NEBOSH certification is a must/ other HSE certification -Proficiency in English to read and write -Minimum 5 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects as a safety officer
